about
what we do
Texas Workforce Association "TWA" is a 501(c)(3) and was founded to connect small businesses to resources and dedicated career consultants who provide tools to upgrade skills. After helping employers define success for their business, we identify what training is needed for employers to achieve their growth goals. As a liaison we then create a path forward for employers connecting them with training organizations and resources.
Our Mission
Texas Workforce Association was founded to connect small businesses in the Brazos Valley with resources for advancing workforce skills and training.
Our Vision
Brazos Valley employers will utilize a well educated workforce resulting in economic advancement.
Our Board
TWA is in the process of building a volunteer Board of Directors composed of passionate workforce industry leaders and public servants. Our board will provide expertise and experience with economic development, workforce standards, training needs, and providing support to employers to have better trained employees. We look forward to learning from our Board and are thankful for the energy, time, and thought they are willing to put into our organization.
